Shipping Rates
- Metal dice or other dice weighing over 0.2kg: $6.50 USD shipping fee
- Resin dice or other dice weighing less than 0.2kg:$4.90 USD shipping fee
Order Processing Timeline
Most orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing times are estimates rather than guarantees, and may take a little longer during holidays, large sales events, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays. If anything unusual affects your order, we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and get it out as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping Promotion
Retail customers shipping to valid U.S. addresses qualify for free standard ground shipping on orders of $125 USD or more (after discounts, before tax).

- Merchandise subtotal must be at least $125 after discounts
Free shipping orders are sent using standard ground service (carrier chosen by us). Expedited services such as Priority Mail are not included in this promotion, even if selected during checkout.
If part of an order is returned and the remaining merchandise total falls below $125, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
We may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your door.
We recommend keeping an eye on tracking updates to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery & Fulfillment
An order is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered or attempts delivery and makes it available for pickup.
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not picked up from a carrier location remain the customer’s responsibility.
Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Accurate information helps ensure your dice arrive safely and on time.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to be reshipped.
We cannot guarantee delivery when an address is entered incorrectly at checkout.
Carrier Delays
Once a shipment leaves our hands, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. While delays are uncommon, transit interruptions, weather events, or carrier issues can occasionally occur and are outside our control.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs fees are not paid or required information isn’t provided to customs authorities, packages may be returned or abandoned, which remains the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Collection & Reshipment
If a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered, any return shipping or reshipment costs may be deducted from a refund or required before reshipping.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Optional Shipping Protection
For extra peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout through DNDDICES.
This protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- If Shipping Protection is selected, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
